Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
So what better way to support this cause than through social & sporting activities involving all communities.

· from 9am – 6-a-side football tournament – £30 per team if registered before 14th June (£50 per team thereafter) – final registration on 7th July, no “on the spot” registration – minimum 3 games per team on outdoor astro-turf – max 3 subs per team – want to play, but don’t have a team? · Throughout the day – Multi-cultural Food Festival – come and enjoy a variety of food, snacks & drinks – £50 per stall – arrange your own tables – limited spaces with electrical points - allocated on a first come first served basis (all electric equipment must comply with EU safety regulations) – limited outdoor spaces available by the football pitches during the tournament from 9am - arrange your own tables, gazebo & electricity.
